Service details, availability, and scope are determined on a per-client basis following a facility walkthrough or consultation.

Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes provided through our website or following a walkthrough are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual facility conditions.
• Pricing is determined by factors including square footage, service frequency, facility type, and specific cleaning requirements.
• Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice for ongoing service agreements.

Scheduling & Cancellation

• Service schedules are agreed upon between Divine Cleaning and the client prior to commencement of work.
• Cancellations or schedule changes require at least 24 hours advance notice.
• Repeated cancellations without adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or service agreement review.
• Divine Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule services due to severe weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control.

Liability Limitations

Divine Cleaning carries appropriate commercial liability insurance. However:

• We are not liable for pre-existing damage to surfaces, fixtures, or equipment.
• Clients are responsible for securing valuables, confidential documents, and sensitive items prior to scheduled cleaning.
• Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
