How It Works

How Our Commercial Cleaning Service Works

From the first phone call to a crew in your building usually takes about a week. Here is what happens at each stage and what you get in writing along the way.

Step 1

Show Us the Building

What happens on the walkthrough

You call, email or send the form, and a real person gets back to you to set a time. We come to the building, walk every space that is in play, and ask how you actually use it: when people are in, where the complaints come from, what the last crew kept missing, where the supplies live, and how the crew gets in and out.

We count what moves the price while we are there: square footage, restroom count, floor types, trash points, and the hours we can work. The walkthrough is free, it takes about an hour for a typical building, and nothing is quoted before it happens.

  • Free, on site, usually within a few days of your call
  • We look at the whole building, not a floor plan
  • No pricing by phone and no number pulled from a rate card

Step 2

Agree on the Written Scope

What the checklist is

The checklist is the written scope for your building. It lists every area, what gets done in it, and how often: nightly, weekly, monthly, quarterly. Restrooms cleaned, disinfected and restocked every visit. Trash and recycling to the point you name. Floors vacuumed and mopped on the schedule, with periodic hard-floor care called out separately. Glass, high dusting, break rooms, conference rooms, the lobby, the loading dock if you have one.

It also says what is not in the scope, so there is no argument later about whether the window cleaning or the carpet extraction was supposed to be included. You review it, we adjust it, and it becomes the document both of us measure the work against.

  • Area by area, task by task, with a frequency on each
  • Exclusions written down, not assumed
  • Yours to keep, whether or not you hire us

Step 3

Get One Price for That Scope

How the price works

One number, tied to that checklist. For a recurring program it is a monthly price that covers the whole scope. For a one-time job, a deep clean, a post-construction final or a pressure wash, it is a project price. Either way it is in writing before anyone starts, and it does not move unless the scope moves. If you add a floor or want the restrooms done twice a day, we change the checklist and the price together, with your sign-off first.

We are rarely the cheapest bid. The price pays for our own W-2 employees, their background checks and training, general liability and workers’ comp, and the equipment and supplies the crew brings. What you do not pay for is a second company six months later when the first one fell apart.

  • One written price, no line items that appear later
  • Changes go through you before they go on the invoice

Step 4

Meet the Crew That Stays

What starting looks like

For a recurring program, your crew starts on the agreed night, usually within about a week of the first call. It is the same assigned team every visit, so they learn the building, where things go, and what you care about. For project work, a crew is often on site within 24 to 48 hours.

After that, the checklist is what keeps it honest. If something gets missed, you text a person who knows your account, and it is fixed on the next visit at no charge. Month six is supposed to look like week one. That is the whole point of writing it down and keeping the crew.

  • A person who knows your account, not a call center
  • Fixed on the next visit if the standard slips

Questions About Getting Started

How long does it take from first call to first clean?

About a week for a recurring program: a walkthrough within a few days, the checklist and price the day after, and the crew starting on the agreed night.

Is the walkthrough really free?

Yes. There is no charge for the visit, the written scope or the price, and no obligation to hire us afterward.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Recurring programs run month to month with a written scope. We earn the renewal by showing up, not by locking you in.
