Divine Cleaning DMV provides professional commercial cleaning services throughout the Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia metro area. Our services include office cleaning, floor care, medical facility cleaning, post-construction cleanup, janitorial services, and related commercial cleaning solutions. Service details, availability, and scope are determined on a per-client basis following a facility walkthrough or consultation.

Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes provided through our website or following a walkthrough are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual facility conditions.
  • Pricing is determined by factors including square footage, service frequency, facility type, and specific cleaning requirements.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice for ongoing service agreements.

Scheduling & Cancellation

  • Service schedules are agreed upon between Divine Cleaning DMV and the client prior to commencement of work.
  • Cancellations or schedule changes require at least 24 hours advance notice.
  • Repeated cancellations without adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or service agreement review.
  • Divine Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule services due to severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Liability Limitations

Divine Cleaning carries appropriate commercial liability insurance. However:

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage to surfaces, fixtures, or equipment.
  • Clients are responsible for securing valuables, confidential documents, and sensitive items prior to scheduled cleaning.
  • Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
  • This website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Divine Cleaning DMV LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and applicable federal laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Charles County, Maryland.

  • What you receive: appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate and quote notifications, project status updates, a request for feedback after a completed job, and replies from our team to your questions.
