When the scope already exists, ask for a free walkthrough and we will price it, as always. When it does not, the bids you get back are not comparable and nobody can tell you why one is half the price of another. These two documents write the work down once, area by area, with frequencies, honest labour hours and photographs, so every number after that is pricing the same building.

Nothing here replaces the free walkthrough. If you know what you need cleaned and how often, we will walk the building and give you a proposal at no charge, as always. These reports exist for the other situation: the first real question is what the work actually is, and nobody has written it down.
Scope limitation: This document is a visual cleaning-planning report based on accessible conditions observed during the site walkthrough and information provided by the customer. It is not an engineering report, an industrial hygiene or indoor air quality assessment, a laboratory test, an insurance coverage determination, a code-compliance certification, or a guarantee that hidden conditions do not exist. Additional work may be required if concealed conditions are discovered after work begins.
