Get a Post-Construction Clean Scope & Turnover Plan

For general contractors and owners with a handover date, a building full of dust, and a punch list that keeps reopening because the space was cleaned once instead of three times.

Get the clean planned in phases against your turnover date, before the date is the thing forcing the plan.

$500-$1,000 · Credited 100% against an awarded post-construction clean of $5,000+ · Delivered in 3 to 5 business days after the walkthrough.

When this is the right document

The project has a handover date, the trades are not finished, and the final clean is still a line item nobody has scoped or scheduled.

General contractors, construction managers, developers, owners and property managers turning over commercial space, tenant fit-outs, multi-family units or renovated common areas.

How this differs from the free walkthrough

Our walkthrough and proposal are free and always will be. A proposal prices a scope that already exists. This document is for when it does not, which is why competing bids on the same building come back nowhere near each other. You are paying for the walkthrough, the photographs and a specification you own.

The full report fee is credited against an awarded Divine Cleaning DMV post-construction clean of $5,000 or more, awarded within 45 days of delivery.

How it works

  1. 1Send the project details, the turnover date and the current stage, and we confirm the tier before you pay.
  2. 2We invoice and book the walkthrough around the site schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  3. 3We walk the accessible project areas, record the finishes and photograph everything the scope refers to.
  4. 4You receive the written scope and turnover plan in 3 to 5 business days.
  5. 5If you award us a post-construction clean of $5,000 or more within 45 days, the full fee comes off it.

What this document is not

Scope limitation: This document is a visual cleaning-planning report based on accessible conditions observed during the site walkthrough and information provided by the customer. It is not an engineering report, an industrial hygiene or indoor air quality assessment, a laboratory test, an insurance coverage determination, a code-compliance certification, or a guarantee that hidden conditions do not exist. Additional work may be required if concealed conditions are discovered after work begins.

Questions about the Post-Construction Clean Scope & Turnover Plan

We are not finished yet. Is it too early?

No, and earlier is usually better. The plan is built backwards from your turnover date, so it is most useful while there is still schedule left to protect. We walk the space at whatever stage it is at and say plainly what has to be finished before each cleaning phase can start.

Do I get the fee back?

Yes, in full, against an awarded Divine Cleaning DMV post-construction clean of $5,000 or more, awarded within 45 days of delivery.

Why three phases instead of one clean at the end?

Because one clean at the end is the reason punch lists reopen. Dust settles after the trades leave, and a space cleaned once gets re-dirtied by the last two weeks of work. The phases are what make the final walk pass first time, and the plan prices each one separately so you can award them separately.

What about hazardous material?

It is outside this scope and outside our work. If the walkthrough turns up something that needs a licensed abatement contractor, the plan says so and excludes it rather than pricing around it.

What does a larger project or a portfolio cost?

Multi-building projects, campuses and anything above 40,000 square feet are quoted individually. Send the project list and we will price it.
