Cost Factors
Exterior Cleaning Cost Factors
We price off the building, not a rate card. These are the variables that move the number up or down when we scope your facility.
Surface area and the surface itself: concrete, brick, EIFS, glass, or metal
How heavy the soil, gum, algae, or grease load is
Building height and whether lifts or ladders are required
Water access and whether reclaim or containment is required by the property
Frequency: a scheduled wash costs less per visit than a one-time recovery
Scheduling around business hours, deliveries, and parking
Areas We Serve
Exterior Cleaning From Downtown Sidewalks to Suburban Lots
Exterior work changes with the setting. Downtown DC is mostly sidewalks, storefront glass and tight street parking for the truck. In Montgomery, Prince George’s and Fairfax counties it is more often surface lots, garage decks and long walkways.
Exterior Cleaning FAQs
How often should a commercial property be pressure washed?
Entrances, walkways, and dumpster pads in high-traffic properties usually want quarterly attention; facades and parking structures are commonly annual or semi-annual. Retail and restaurant properties tend to need it more often because of foot traffic and grease.
Will pressure washing damage the building?
Not when the method matches the surface. Hard pressure is for concrete and pavement; facades, EIFS, and painted surfaces get soft-washed. We identify the surface before choosing the method.
Can exterior work go on the same agreement as our cleaning?
Yes, and that is how most of our clients run it: the exterior scope is scheduled into the same recurring agreement, so it is one vendor and one invoice for the inside and outside of the building.
More Services We Offer
