What Happens After You Send This Form
A person reads it and replies
Your request goes to a real person, not an autoresponder. You hear back within 2 hours during business hours, and we are open 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM every day. A request sent late at night is answered the next morning.
We set a time to walk the building
Pick a time that suits you. For a typical building the walkthrough takes about an hour. It helps to bring whoever hears the complaints about the current cleaning, because that is usually where the scope needs the most detail.
You get a written scope and one price
After the visit we send the checklist for your building and one price tied to it. A recurring program is priced by the month. A one time deep clean, final clean or pressure wash is priced as a project.
What to have ready if you can
Rough square footage, how many restrooms, the floor types, the hours the building is empty and anything the last crew kept missing. None of it is required to send the form. We count it all on the walkthrough anyway.
A quote does not commit you
The walkthrough, the written scope and the price are free, and you are under no obligation afterward. If you go ahead, there is no long term contract required to start.
Commercial buildings only
We clean offices, medical suites, schools, churches, stores, warehouses, apartment common areas and vacant units for property managers. We do not clean private homes, so a residential request is one we will turn down.
