Office cleaning services for commercial buildings in DC, Maryland, and Virginia

DC, Maryland and Virginia

Office Cleaning Services

Daily or weekly office cleaning for desks, restrooms, break rooms and floors.

What's Included

Here's the thing most office cleaning companies get wrong: they send whoever's free, so the quality slips around month two. We assign one crew to your building and give them a written checklist for it. Same faces, same standard, every visit.

Desks & Workspaces

We wipe down desks, keyboards, phones, and the surfaces everyone touches, using disinfectants made for offices.

Restrooms People Notice

Toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors get a real clean, and we top off the paper and soap so nobody runs out.

Kitchen & Break Room

Counters, sinks, appliances, and tables wiped down, with the trash taken out every night.

Trash & Recycling

We empty every bin, drop in fresh liners, and haul it all to the disposal area.

Windows & Glass

Interior glass, partitions, and door glass wiped streak-free every time we come by.

Floors, Every Kind

Carpets vacuumed, hard floors swept and mopped with the right product for each surface.

Office Cleaning in Washington DC

Downtown DC office buildings are broad and mid-rise, packed with suites that share a core of restrooms, elevators and a pantry. The federal Height of Buildings Act keeps DC buildings far shorter than downtowns elsewhere, so builders spread out instead of up, and a single K Street floor can hold several tenants around one shared core.

Cleaning one well means knowing which suite is yours, which spaces are shared, and whose contract covers what. Your scope draws the line at your suite door. Shared restrooms and corridors usually belong to the landlord, and we confirm that split before quoting.

We clean offices across all four quadrants of DC, from Georgetown and Dupont Circle to K Street, Capitol Hill, Navy Yard, NoMa, Penn Quarter, Foggy Bottom and the federal corridor. See commercial cleaning in Washington DC for the rest of what we do in the District.

Outside the District, the same crews clean offices near you in Bethesda, Rockville, Silver Spring, Arlington, Alexandria, Tysons and Fairfax. See commercial cleaning in Maryland and commercial cleaning in Northern Virginia.

Office Cleaning: Questions

What is the going rate for an office cleaner?

There is no single going rate we can honestly quote, because office cleaning is priced by the office, not by the hour of one cleaner. Square footage, the number of restrooms and kitchens, the floor types, how many people use the space and how often we clean all move the number. We walk your office for free, write a checklist for it and send one monthly price tied to that checklist, usually the next day.

How long does it take to clean a 2000 sq ft office?

It depends less on the square footage than on what is inside it. A 2000 sq ft open plan with one restroom and a small kitchen is a short visit. The same space split into private offices, with two restrooms and a busy break room, takes longer, and a first clean after months of neglect takes longer than the routine visits that follow. The walkthrough sets the time: your written checklist lists every task and how often, and the crew is scheduled for that.

What should a cleaner do in 3 hours?

On a routine office visit the time goes first to what people notice: trash and recycling emptied and relined, restrooms cleaned and restocked, the kitchen and break room wiped down, desks and high-touch surfaces like door handles, switches and phones wiped, then floors vacuumed and mopped. Deeper work such as high dusting, interior glass and baseboards rotates through the visits on a schedule, so the whole office is covered over the month without rushing any one visit. Your checklist says which tasks come every visit and which rotate.

Do you clean just our suite or the whole floor?

Whatever your lease puts on you. Most downtown tenants clean their own suite while the landlord covers shared restrooms and corridors, and we confirm the split on the walkthrough.

Can you clean daily, weekly or monthly?

Yes. All three are available, and the right one depends on headcount, visitors and how hard the kitchen and restrooms get used. Your office cleaning contract runs month to month with a written scope, so there is no long-term lock-in.

Can cleaning happen during the workday?

Yes. A day porter can keep restrooms, kitchens and conference rooms in shape during business hours, with the deeper clean after the office empties.

Do you work in buildings with a security desk?

Yes. Our W-2 cleaners are background-checked, the crew list goes to the building first, and we follow its sign-in and escort rules.
