Commercial Cleaning Services in Maryland
We clean suburban offices, medical parks, and retail centers across the Maryland side of the DMV.
Maryland Is Two Counties With Different Rules
Our Maryland service area is Montgomery County and Prince George's County. They sit side by side around DC and do almost everything differently, from permits to recycling to the kind of buildings they hold.
If your sites are on both sides, you need one cleaning standard that does not care which county a building is in.
The local concept
Two-County Standard
A two-county standard is one written checklist that holds in a Rockville office and a Landover warehouse alike, with each county's rules layered on top. It matters here because Montgomery runs permits through DPS and Prince George's through DPIE, and Rockville, Gaithersburg, Laurel, Bowie and others add their own.
You get the same scope format and the same crew structure at every site. Only the local rule sheet changes.
Why Maryland Property Managers Call Us
Portfolios on both sides of the Beltway
Managers with buildings near Rockville Town Square, in Silver Spring, College Park and Largo want one vendor and one standard instead of four.
I-270 corridor offices
Rockville, Gaithersburg and Germantown hold offices that sit next to lab and life science space. The office side is cleaned nightly and lab areas stay with the tenant.
Medical office clusters
Practices around Holy Cross Hospital in Silver Spring and the University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center in Largo need clinical rooms cleaned after the last patient.
Garden-style apartment communities
Property managers bring us in for leasing offices, clubhouses and fitness rooms, and for turnover cleaning of vacant units between residents.
Warehouses along US 1 and US 50
Warehouses in Beltsville, Landover and Lanham need break rooms, restrooms and office areas cleaned around shifts.
Campus neighbors in College Park
Offices and shops around the University of Maryland run on the academic calendar, with the heaviest traffic when classes are in session.

What Facility Cleaning in Maryland Involves
Executive Regulation 1-15 And The Annual Report
Montgomery County requires businesses to recycle a defined list that includes office paper, corrugated cardboard, newspaper, aluminum and steel cans, glass and plastic food and beverage containers, and yard trim. Properties are expected to keep a current recycling plan under Executive Regulation 1-15, and the county's SORRT program sets a 50 percent waste reduction goal. Sites with 100 or more onsite employees file an Annual Business Recycling and Waste Reduction Report.
Who Holds The Building Varies
Montgomery County covers most of it, but Rockville and Gaithersburg are charter cities that run their own permits and inspections, and Takoma Park and Kensington are incorporated with their own rules. Prince George's County runs separately again through DPIE. For a portfolio spread across the county that means one cleaning standard but several sets of local requirements sitting underneath it.
Our Maryland Area Wraps DC From Germantown To Upper Marlboro
Montgomery County sits north and northwest of DC and Prince George's County east and southeast. From central DC, Silver Spring is about 6 miles, Rockville 13.5, Laurel and Upper Marlboro 17 and Germantown 22, all served.
I-495 circles through both counties. I-270 and MD 355 run northwest up the corridor through Rockville and Gaithersburg, US 29 heads north through Silver Spring, and US 50 and MD 295 run east and northeast through Prince George's.
Dashed ring: 40 miles from the Capitol.
Commercial Cleaning in Maryland: Questions
Which Maryland counties do you cover?
Montgomery County and Prince George's County. Most of both counties is close enough to DC for regular service, and the coverage page confirms a specific address.
Do Montgomery County recycling rules affect my cleaning?
Yes. The county requires businesses to separate a defined list of recyclables and keep a recycling plan. The night crew keeps those streams apart so the plan holds up.
Do you clean apartment communities?
Yes, for property managers: leasing offices, clubhouses, fitness rooms and common areas, plus turnover cleaning of vacant units. We do not clean occupied homes.
Can one contract cover sites in both counties?
Yes. Every site gets its own scope and price on the same format, so you can compare them and hold each one to the same standard.
