A day porter during business hours
Nightly cleaning resets the building. A day porter keeps it that way while people are in it, walking a set route through lobbies, restrooms and common areas, restocking and pulling trash. The route and the times are written down so you can see when each area was checked.
When a tenant flags something
Tenants tell the property manager, not us. When you pass a request along by phone or email, a real person answers within 2 hours during business hours and tells you when it will be handled. The fix then shows up on the next service report.
